Chief Executive Officer

Our partner, a company in the art and collectibles sector, is looking for a Chief Executive Officer based on site in Bucharest. You will define and deliver the growth strategy, lead the executive team and represent the company with key partners, investors and top clients.

The role covers operations, market development and innovation in auctions and digital art, financial management and reporting to the Board, and the company's brand, marketing and public relations.

• Define and implement the overall growth strategy and business objectives
• Lead the executive management team and improve internal processes
• Find new markets and bring new technology into auctions and digital art
• Manage annual budgets and report financial performance to the Board
• Build the brand nationally and internationally through marketing and PR

• At least 7 years of management experience, including 5 or more in senior leadership
• A track record of strategic growth and measurable market impact
• Advanced financial management, including budgeting and performance analysis
• Digital skills and an understanding of e-commerce and online auction trends
• Fluent English; background in art, luxury retail, investments or other high value markets is a plus
