Continuous Improvement Manager

Our partner, a leading international logistics service provider, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across its logistics operations near Debrecen.

You will find improvement opportunities, lead optimisation projects, support Lean transformation and work with customers and internal stakeholders to improve performance, efficiency and service quality.

• Analysing operational and system data to identify improvement opportunities
• Leading process optimisation and continuous improvement projects
• Developing cost reduction and efficiency initiatives, backed by feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
• Supporting the rollout of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement programmes
• Setting, monitoring and improving KPIs, standards and performance metrics

• A degree in engineering, logistics, business administration or a related field
• At least 3 years in continuous improvement, operations, business management or process development
• Strong knowledge of Lean and proven experience leading improvement projects
• AutoCAD and facility or layout design experience, plus MTM or similar work measurement knowledge
• Advanced Excel and fluent English
