Controlling Expert

Our international partner in the energy sector is looking for a Controlling Expert to support strategic and operational decisions through high quality financial planning, reporting, forecasting and performance analysis.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, auditors and management, with significant exposure to senior leadership and a part in business transformation projects.

• Managing month end and year end closing, including accruals and financial analysis
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc management reports with variance analysis
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Developing reporting tools, dashboards and controlling processes in the ERP
• Identifying cost optimisation, efficiency and margin improvement opportunities

• A master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field
• 3 to 5 years in controlling, FP&A, finance or business controlling
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, planning and closing
• Fluent Hungarian and business level English
• Advanced Excel; SAP or other ERP and Slovak are advantages
