Our partner, a leading IT provider, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Service Desk Agent in Budapest.

You will support customers in Dutch and English, resolving their IT related issues and helping keep customer satisfaction high.

• Supporting customers using your language skills
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails and chat requests
• Solving customers' IT related issues
• Helping maintain and increase customer satisfaction

• A high school diploma
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Experience in technical support, IT support or a service desk
• A customer centred mindset and excellent communication skills
