Environmental Engineer

Our partner, a leading international manufacturer in glass and chemicals, is looking for an Environmental Engineer for its large production site in Kaposvár.

You will make sure the site meets environmental regulations, coordinate reporting, support audits and help drive sustainability and energy efficiency projects.

• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and keeping documentation up to date
• Coordinating environmental permits, contact with authorities and regulatory reporting
• Organising air emission, water quality and noise measurement programmes
• Overseeing waste management and hazardous material handling
• Compiling ESG reports and supporting energy efficiency and improvement projects

• A degree in environmental engineering or another relevant technical discipline
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and industrial environmental management
• Experience with environmental permits, measurements or regulatory authority processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
