Facility Management Engineer

Our partner is a German headquartered industrial services provider with more than 30 years in Hungary, delivering facility management, maintenance, logistics, industrial cleaning and electrical installation, mainly to the automotive sector.

As FM Engineer you will operate and supervise electrical systems in buildings and industrial facilities, keeping power distribution and energy supply reliable. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot electrical issues, support energy efficiency work, oversee subcontractors and keep technical documentation and compliance in order.

• Operating and supervising electrical systems in buildings and industrial facilities
• Coordinating low and medium voltage networks, switchgear and power supply systems
• Overseeing maintenance and repairs and coordinating fault troubleshooting
• Supporting energy management and efficiency projects and supervising subcontractors
• Preparing technical documentation, reports and maintenance plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years in facility management, building operations or industrial electrical systems
• Active, communicative English
• The ability to read technical documentation and electrical drawings, with strong MS Office skills
• FMV certification, energy management, building automation or SAP/CAFM experience is an advantage
