French- or German-speaking Order Management Specialist

Our partner, a leading IT provider, is looking for a French- or German-speaking Order Management Specialist in Budapest.

You will track and process orders, resolve issues and queries, and communicate daily with customers, vendors and other departments.

• Tracking orders and resolving issues and queries
• Communicating daily with customers, vendors and other departments
• Processing orders and taking part in pricing and invoicing
• Helping maintain and increase customer satisfaction

• A high school diploma
• Fluent French or German and English
• 1 to 2 years of experience in order management, logistics or buying
• A customer centred mindset and excellent communication skills

• Home office three days a week
