German-speaking Proposal Support

Our partner, a leading multinational, is looking for a German-speaking Proposal Support specialist to join its Budapest team on a hybrid basis.

You will support the proposal and pricing process, working with internal teams to put forward the right solution for each client.

• Supporting pricing activities and the proposal process
• Understanding client needs and working with internal teams to propose the best solution
• Handling administrative tasks and keeping in contact with clients
• Managing commercial and pre-sales activities

• Fluent German and English
• A high school diploma; a university degree is an advantage
• 1 to 2 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal management or an administrative role
• Openness to learning about IT; IT sector experience is an advantage
• Confident Excel skills, a proactive approach and strong communication and problem-solving skills
