German-speaking Service Desk Agent

Our multinational partner is looking for career starters to join its Budapest office as German-speaking Service Desk Agents, working on a hybrid basis.

You will use your language skills to help customers with IT issues by phone, email and chat.

• Supporting customers using your German and English
• Handling incoming calls, emails and chat messages
• Resolving IT-related issues
• Helping to maintain and improve customer satisfaction

• A secondary school education
• Fluent, confident German and English
• A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving ability
