Head of Electrical Department

Our partner, a well established manufacturer in the industrial machinery sector, is looking for a Head of Electrical Department in Teplice. You will lead a team of electrical and software engineers and drive the design and implementation of electrical solutions.

You will also run the electrical stockroom and supervise the development and integration of control system programming.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of electrical and software engineers
• Oversee electrical documentation in EPLAN
• Supervise PLC, HMI and motion control programming and system integration
• Manage the electrical stockroom and evaluate electronic board solutions
• Deliver projects on time, on budget and in line with standards and safety rules

• A degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• At least 5 years in electrical engineering and programming, with 2 or more in leadership
• Hands on EPLAN and PLC/HMI experience (Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen-Bradley)
• Knowledge of PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus and IEC/EN standards, and NV 194/2022 Sb. certification or equivalent
• Fluent English or German
