IT Procurement Specialist / Sourcing Manager

Our partner, a well established international consumer goods company operating across several European markets, is looking for an IT Procurement Specialist / Sourcing Manager to join its regional procurement team. You will handle sourcing, contracting and supplier management across IT and information systems.

This is a B2B contract for an initial 6 months with expected 6 monthly extensions and demand expected through Q2 or Q3 2028. It is hybrid, with around 2 days a week in Prague, and immediate start is possible.

• Lead sourcing across IT and information systems categories, running RFI, RFQ and RFP processes
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms and contracts
• Manage contract lifecycle work such as extensions, change requests, SoWs and amendments under existing MSAs
• Keep procurement records, governance and compliance in order and produce spend reports
• Work with IT, legal, tax and procurement colleagues across several countries

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor or contract management
• Experience buying software licences, IT services, infrastructure or other technology
• Background in large multinational organisations
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and attention to contract detail
• Fluent Czech and English; SAP Ariba is a plus
