Leasing Manager

Our partner is a leading European real estate company specialising in premium outlet centres, retail parks and open air shopping destinations. It is looking for a commercially driven Leasing Manager to shape the tenant mix and commercial success of a new premium outlet destination in southern Sweden.

Reporting to the Leasing Director and working with colleagues across the international outlet division, you will drive leasing activity, build relationships with retailers and bring leading Scandinavian and international brands to the centre.

• Developing and executing leasing strategies
• Identifying and engaging prospective retail brands
• Negotiating lease agreements and commercial terms
• Managing the leasing pipeline and occupancy targets
• Working with centre management, marketing, finance, development and operations

• A degree in business, economics, real estate, retail management or a related field
• 3 to 5 years in retail leasing, retail expansion, commercial real estate, agency or business development
• A track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements over long sales cycles
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, and experience with leases and contracts
• Fluent English and Swedish
