Maintenance Engineer

Our partner is a global automotive manufacturer with a highly automated plant in Hungary that keeps investing in new technology and capacity. You will improve the reliability and performance of automated manufacturing equipment.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, help introduce new machines and lines, optimise maintenance processes and support the maintenance team day to day.

• Investigating equipment issues and driving effective problem resolution
• Taking part in the introduction of new machines, lines and technologies
• Developing preventive maintenance plans and improving equipment availability
• Managing spare parts cost effectively and working with machine suppliers and service providers
• Preparing training materials and supporting the maintenance team

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering, or similar
• At least 3 years in an automated manufacturing environment
• Hands-on PLC programming, especially Siemens TIA Portal and TIA WinCC
• Knowledge of Profinet and ProfiSafe, and the ability to read electrical schematics
• Active, communicative English
