Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Press Machines)

Our partner, a leading global automotive supplier, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its newly established facility in Vecsés, near Budapest.

You will handle the mechanical and/or electrical maintenance of press machines and supporting production equipment, carry out preventive maintenance, fix breakdowns and help improve the reliability and efficiency of the production machinery, working closely with the production teams.

• Performing mechanical and/or electrical maintenance of press machines and supporting equipment
• Carrying out and documenting preventive maintenance
• Diagnosing and resolving equipment faults and production breakdowns
• Supporting the improvement and optimisation of manufacturing equipment
• Working with production teams to keep operations running smoothly

• Secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong problem solving skills and a precise, proactive approach
• Willingness to work a 3 shift schedule
• Siemens PLC, KUKA robot, hydraulics and pneumatics, or metal forming, stamping or welding experience is an advantage
