Operations Support Manager

Our partner is a leading international logistics service provider. You will oversee operational support functions in a large-scale logistics environment, making sure contractual KPIs and service levels are met.

You will lead teams, plan resources and capacity, and drive continuous improvement to raise productivity and service quality.

• Coordinating and supervising operational support functions
• Monitoring contractual KPIs and service level agreements
• Planning resources and capacity to maximise efficiency
• Investigating and reporting operational issues and putting corrective and preventive actions in place
• Leading and developing teams and keeping customers and internal stakeholders informed

• Several years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations
• Strong written and spoken English in a customer-facing setting
• Proven leadership, including coaching and developing people
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and data analysis
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
