PLC Programmer

Our partner is a multinational industrial services company providing maintenance, automation and engineering support to leading manufacturers, including major automotive plants. You will join its automation team in Kecskemét.

You will develop, optimise, commission and maintain PLC-based systems, working closely with production, engineering and maintenance teams. The role includes on-call support.

• Designing, developing and commissioning PLC, HMI and SCADA systems
• Modifying, optimising and troubleshooting PLC programs
• Configuring Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP and EtherCAT communication
• Carrying out on-site testing, validation and commissioning
• Keeping technical documentation up to date and supporting continuous improvement

• A degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or similar
• 3 to 5 years in PLC-based automation design, commissioning and support
• Strong practical knowledge of Siemens STEP7 and TIA Portal
• Intermediate English and willingness to join on-call support
• A valid Category B driving licence
