Process Quality Engineer

Our partner is a long-established automotive components manufacturer in Hungary, part of a global group. You will keep manufacturing processes running smoothly from a quality perspective.

You will drive quality improvements, reduce internal scrap and support process changes and new product introductions.

• Monitoring quality standards and resolving issues that cause downtime, scrap or losses
• Running MSA and SPC studies and evaluating process capability
• Investigating customer complaints using 8D
• Creating control plans, work instructions, Poka-Yoke solutions and other quality documentation
• Supporting internal and external audits

• A BSc or MSc in Engineering
• 2 to 3 years in high-volume manufacturing in automotive, electronics, electric motors or machinery
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D)
• Willingness to travel internationally, with a valid passport and Category B driving licence
• Native Hungarian and communicative English
