Production Manager

Our partner, a well established international manufacturer in motor vehicle production, is looking for an experienced Production Manager in Stará Boleslav. You will lead a production area, hit operational targets and improve manufacturing processes, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

The role combines strong people leadership with operational excellence, KPI management and process optimisation, including support for warehouse automation projects.

• Run production in line with customer, quality and delivery requirements
• Manage KPIs and act on deviations from target
• Lead, coach and evaluate supervisors and their teams
• Drive continuous improvement on efficiency, quality and cost, including warehouse automation
• Report to management and work with HR on workforce planning

• Experience as a Production, Manufacturing or Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
• A track record of managing production teams through supervisors or shift leaders
• Lean manufacturing, cost reduction and continuous improvement experience
• Strong analytical skills and ERP experience; SAP is an advantage
• English to at least B2 level
