Project Manager

Our partner is an international real estate developer focused on sustainable urban development across Europe. You will lead a strategically important residential project in Budapest from the planning and permitting phase through to execution.

You will make sure the project is delivered on time, on budget and in line with its sustainability goals, working with internal teams, public authorities, contractors and other stakeholders.

• Leading and coordinating all design and development activity against timelines and budget
• Supporting permit acquisition and managing contact with public authorities
• Developing and monitoring construction schedules and managing scope changes
• Selecting and managing contractors, subcontractors and external partners
• Driving ESG and sustainability initiatives, feasibility studies and lifecycle maintenance concepts

• A master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field
• At least 10 years of project management experience in construction or real estate development, including 5 recent years on site in residential construction
• A track record of delivering large-scale residential developments
• Hands-on experience with public authorities and permit processes
• Fluent Hungarian and professional English
