Purchasing Specialist

Our partner is a stable international company operating in a technical and industrial environment, with long-term growth.

This is an independent role focused on creating and managing purchase orders, communicating with suppliers and keeping deliveries on time. You will work closely with sales, warehouse and finance so customers get their goods accurately and on time.

• Reviewing purchase recommendations and raising purchase orders against plans and requirements
• Checking supplier order confirmations, tracking delivery dates and resolving delays
• Managing stock, make to order, replenishment, internal, framework and subcontract orders
• Daily, mostly written, supplier communication, including invoice discrepancies, claims, credit notes and returns
• Tracking order process KPIs and dashboards and helping to improve processes

• Experience in operational purchasing, supply or order management
• Good ERP and Excel skills
• Secondary education, ideally technical
• Native-level Czech and English at B2 or above, mainly written
• Accuracy, ownership and the ability to keep track of a lot of detail; knowledge of technical products is a plus
