Quality Engineer

Our partner is an international manufacturer of high-frequency and fibre-optic solutions for the automotive, telecommunications and medical technology industries. It is expanding its quality organisation in Nyírbátor and is hiring Production, Supplier and Customer Quality Engineers.

Depending on the role, you will focus on manufacturing quality, supplier performance or customer quality, working closely with production, suppliers, customers and cross-functional teams.

• Managing non-conforming products, containment actions and sorting priorities (Production Quality)
• Handling supplier complaints, root cause analysis and corrective actions, and joining audits (Supplier Quality)
• Managing customer complaints, deviation approvals and defect analysis, and supporting customer audits (Customer Quality)
• Preparing quality reports and taking part in FMEA and continuous improvement work
• Working with suppliers and internal teams to drive quality improvements

• A technical secondary, technician or engineering qualification
• The ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, Pareto and PFMEA (plus MSA and SPC for supplier quality)
• Intermediate English or German (active English for supplier quality)
• Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing is a plus
