Quality Leader

Our partner is an established international manufacturer in the automation and machinery sector. Its Füzesgyarmat site employs nearly 800 people and builds control cabinets, cable assemblies and components for industrial equipment.

As Quality Leader you will lead a team of quality inspectors, technicians and administrators, combining leadership with hands-on audits, problem-solving, KPI management and complaint handling.

• Leading, coaching and developing the quality team
• Running internal audits and taking part in customer and supplier audits
• Monitoring and reporting quality KPIs and preparing management reports
• Handling customer complaints through 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Supporting NPI, first article inspection, CAPEX and OPEX planning, and continuous improvement

• 3 to 5 years in quality management or quality assurance in manufacturing
• At least 3 years of team leadership
• A university degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Confident written and spoken English
• German, a quality management qualification or a welding engineer qualification is a plus
