Quality Manager

Our partner is a global manufacturer running a high-tech production site in Mátészalka that supplies critical components to business units worldwide.

You will lead the local quality function, developing the Quality Management System, leading audits, supporting customer satisfaction and building a culture of continuous improvement.

• Leading and developing the local quality assurance team
• Maintaining the Quality Management System to international standards, including environmental and health and safety requirements
• Leading internal and external audits and the resulting action plans
• Managing non-conformities, customer complaints and product safety topics
• Preparing quality reports and management reviews and supporting new product and process projects

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field
• Several years of quality management leadership in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Six Sigma or similar approaches
• Proven people management and stakeholder skills
• Fluent German and/or English
