Quality Manager

Our partner is a growing automotive manufacturer producing precision metal components for leading Tier 1 suppliers worldwide, and is investing in its Hungarian operations.

As Quality Manager at the Miskolc site you will be the main quality representative, leading the team, managing customer quality, developing the quality system and driving continuous improvement in line with automotive standards.

• Developing and improving the Quality Management System
• Leading and developing a quality team of around 10 people
• Acting as the main customer contact on quality and representing the site in audits
• Leading investigations of quality issues and complaints and coordinating 8D activity
• Defining and improving quality KPIs and supporting new product launches

• A university degree, ideally in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• At least 8 years of leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
• Automotive manufacturing quality experience and strong knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D, SPC and IATF 16949
• Good skills with Microsoft Office and ERP or MES systems
• Professional working English
