Quality Specialist

Our partner is a European manufacturer of sustainable packaging, with a strong focus on quality, food safety and continuous improvement.

You will support quality assurance across production and packaging, working closely with production and quality teams on process control, problem solving and compliance.

• Maintaining SPC systems and quality control processes, and supporting MSA and measuring equipment checks
• Investigating quality issues through root cause analysis and CAPA
• Coordinating validations, trials and product quality assessments, and managing non-conforming product
• Keeping quality documentation up to date and supporting ISO and BRCGS compliance and internal audits
• Training and supporting operators on quality standards

• Secondary education, ideally with a technical or scientific background
• 1 to 3 years in manufacturing, packaging, food production or a quality role
• Working knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams and control charts
• Understanding of sampling, inspection and non-conformance management; QMS or ERP experience is a plus
• Comfort working on the production floor and following PPE and safety rules
