Regional Sales Manager

Our international FMCG partner, a market leading business with a strong brand portfolio, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a field sales team across Eastern Hungary.

You will drive sales performance, market share, distribution and commercial execution in the region, leading around 10 Sales Representatives and building strong customer relationships.

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of around 10 Sales Representatives
• Driving sales growth, market share, distribution and product availability
• Building strong relationships with key customers and decision makers
• Running field visits, performance reviews and customer negotiations
• Tracking performance and finding new growth opportunities

• A university degree
• Previous sales experience with people management responsibility
• A strong commercial mindset and experience with sales KPIs
• Good English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; FMCG experience is a plus
