Sales Director

Our partner, a leading organisation in outdoor and digital advertising, is looking for a Sales Director in Bucharest. You will lead and develop the sales department, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships and oversee advertising campaigns.

You will report directly to the CEO or General Manager and work with every internal department and with external partners.

• Set and deliver the annual sales strategy and targets
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team to hit revenue goals
• Win new business and manage relationships with media agencies, advertisers and key accounts
• Oversee proposals, contracts, campaign execution and reporting
• Track sales performance, occupancy, profitability and collections, and prepare forecasts

• A university degree
• Strong sales leadership and team management experience
• Experience working with media and advertising agencies
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office and good written and spoken English
