SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Our partner, a global organisation in the aviation sector, is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support and improve critical HR processes around absence management and employee reintegration.

You will be the functional expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central, working with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to drive improvements, resolve issues and keep the system running smoothly.

• Configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Supporting and optimising absence management processes
• Analysing incidents, finding root causes and coordinating fixes
• Managing system changes, enhancements and releases, and monitoring integrations
• Advising stakeholders on functional solutions and working with external suppliers on improvements

• At least 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
• Hands-on experience with configuration, permissions and testing
• Knowledge of MDF Objects, Business Rules, RBP and OData APIs
• Experience supporting production environments and managing incidents
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills and fluent English
