Securities Back Office Agent

Our client, a major player in banking in Luxembourg, is looking for a Securities Back Office Agent to strengthen its operations teams on a temporary assignment, with possible extension depending on business needs.

You will work on corporate actions, follow up client requests and claims, and make sure the related administrative and operational processing runs smoothly.

• Processing instructions on elective corporate actions
• Following up and resolving securities and cash breaks and making the required adjustments
• Handling claims and requests on securities income such as coupons and dividends, and related payment requests
• Supporting proxy voting activity and following client requests through internal tools
• Escalating incidents and contributing to activity reporting and improvement projects

• A first successful experience in banking or finance, ideally in securities back office, corporate actions or custody
• Good knowledge of back office activities and financial markets
• Understanding of corporate actions, securities processing and cash flows
• Fluent French and professional English
• Good MS Office skills, strong writing, organisation and attention to detail
