Senior Payroll Specialist

[TEST v2] You will join a payroll team of eight supporting 2,100 employees across Hungary, Austria, Slovakia and Czechia.

The team is mid-way through a move to a new payroll platform, so there is real scope to shape how things are done. Key focus areas for the first six months:

• Running the monthly payroll cycle for two countries
• Owning reconciliations and journals for finance
• Supporting the platform migration as a key user

[TEST] Running monthly payroll end to end for two countries.

Reconciling payroll accounts and preparing journals for finance.

Answering employee queries and supporting the platform migration.

[TEST] At least four years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally multi-country.

Strong Excel skills and fluent English. Hungarian or German is a plus.

[TEST] A permanent role with a clear path to team lead within 18 months.
