Service Quality and Reporting Specialist

Our partner is looking for a Service Quality and Reporting Specialist to support reporting, service quality and continuous improvement in a global IT environment. The role combines data analysis, stakeholder work and Power BI dashboard development.

This is a one year B2B contract, starting as soon as possible, working hybrid with 2 days a week on site.

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Analyse operational data and spot improvement opportunities
• Support service quality, service delivery and IT governance
• Drive continuous improvement and explore AI driven analytics and automation
• Share insights with business and technical stakeholders

• Experience in service quality management, service delivery, IT operations or IT governance
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and continuous improvement
• Hands on Power BI development
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar quality framework experience
• Strong stakeholder skills and professional English
