Supplier Quality Engineer

Our partner is a global battery manufacturer working in electric mobility and energy storage, with a modern Industry 4.0 plant in Göd.

You will make sure supplied components meet quality standards, working with purchasing and manufacturing on supplier development, approvals, problem solving and improvement.

• Ensuring supplied component quality in line with IATF 16949 and internal standards
• Leading supplier problem solving and 8D investigations, and handling claims and corrective actions
• Supporting part and process approvals
• Evaluating, auditing and qualifying new suppliers and supporting sourcing decisions
• Driving continuous improvement with suppliers

• A degree in mechanical, materials or quality engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years in quality, manufacturing or supplier quality; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5, and core tools such as 8D, PFMEA, SPC, APQP and PPAP
• A category B driving licence, confident driving and willingness to travel
• Strong written and spoken English
