Charlotte leads Tessero in Denmark. Before Tessero she was Head of Operations at Hays, running the Danish and Norwegian business across MSP, RPO, contracting, specialist recruitment and executive search.
Her career covers almost every part of workforce solutions. She started as an IT recruitment consultant with AMS and Elan IT, where she was ranked the highest-performing recruiter in Denmark, then ran MSP and RPO programmes for ManpowerGroup and led IT consulting and recruitment at Experis Denmark. At EPICO-IT she was Chief Operating Officer and Head of People and Culture, and sat on the board as management representative.
She brings commercial, operational and people leadership to the Danish business, and works closely with international clients hiring across the Nordics.
