Gary is Chief Executive Officer of Meraki Capital, the international recruitment and staffing group behind Tessero. He works with the group's leadership teams to improve performance, integrate businesses and build long-term value across the portfolio.
He spent 29 years at SThree plc, joining as a recruitment consultant, founding Huxley Associates, leading several businesses across the group and serving as Chief Strategy Officer before six years as Chief Executive Officer. Over that time SThree grew into a global specialist recruiter employing around 3,000 people, with annual revenues of approximately £1.2 billion.
Alongside his executive role, Gary works with founders, investors and leadership teams as a chair, non-executive director and board adviser. He is also a Trustee of the Aleto Foundation, which helps talented young people from under-represented backgrounds become the next generation of leaders.
