Pete is Chief Revenue Officer of Meraki Capital, the international recruitment and staffing group behind Tessero. He joined Meraki in 2025.
He founded Austin International, a specialist recruitment consultancy covering technology and medical technology in the UK, Germany and the USA, and led it as CEO for 17 years. He took it from launch to £68 million turnover and £25 million gross profit at exit, and it was named in The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For three years running. Before that he spent more than six years at SThree, where he ran an office of over 35 people and grew its turnover from £12 million to £20 million.
Alongside his role at Meraki, Pete sits as a non-executive director and growth adviser on the boards of recruitment and recruitment technology businesses.
