Pierre leads Tessero Luxembourg, which works across consulting services, temporary staffing and executive search.
He joined Hays in Luxembourg in 2012 and built its technology contracting business there. Over the next decade he led the Luxembourg operation, delivering a fourfold increase in revenue in five years and taking it to first place in Great Place to Work Luxembourg. He also ran a technology investment programme across France and Luxembourg that grew the team from 34 to 200 people. From 2024 he was Managing Director of Hays Luxembourg and a member of the executive board for France, Luxembourg and Morocco, later leading contracting and portage salarial across all three.
Pierre has also served as non-executive chair of two Luxembourg start-ups, helping one raise €1.6 million from private investors. He studied at HEC Paris.
