Tammy leads Tessero in Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic. She has spent 24 years with the business, joining in 2002, when it was part of Hays, as a finance recruitment consultant before becoming a team leader.
She moved into business development across Central and Eastern Europe, where she helped establish Hays in Russia and launched Hays Hungary. She then ran the Hungarian business as Managing Director for more than 15 years, with full profit and loss responsibility. From 2023 she led Hungary and Romania together and covered interim leadership in the Czech Republic and Romania. She has also sponsored the business's diversity, equity and inclusion work since 2022.
Before recruitment, Tammy was Group Financial Controller at Stillking Films in the Czech Republic and a senior auditor in Malta. She is a chartered certified accountant (ACCA), and has been named a Top Expat CEO five times and one of the Top 50 HR Business Executives three times.
