By using the Site you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
Where we introduce a candidate to one of our clients, the introduction is governed by our standard Terms of Business (or terms agreed with that client). These Terms of Use apply in addition to those terms.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may compile anonymous, aggregated statistics about Site use and share them with selected third parties.
You must not use the Site to:

Unless otherwise stated, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the material on the Site belong to us and our licensors. You may download, copy or print pages only for your own personal use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Except where the law does not allow it, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on, or use of, information on the Site.

These Terms of Use are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
